Hey good people. Sorry its been so long since our last post. Hunter and I are getting ready to head back out to continue to promote “Hero”. Hunter will be out in DC (with his new team) for Redskin Mini-Camp the next couple weeks and we will use this time to meet with some radio folks. We will also be doing a couple performances while we are out East. If you are out in that area check our dates on this site or www.myspace.com/connersvine for locations and times. Please be praying for our travel and that God uses “Hero” for His purpose and Glory.

Hey, I just wanted to take a minute to share some information about an upcoming event that we will be a apart of. The event will be on September 5th at Common Ground Christian Church in Indianapolis at 7:00pm. It will be called “Purchased” using scripture from Revelation 5:9. This events purpose is to raise awareness and funds for an organization called Love 146 that works to end child sex slavery and exploitation. Hey everyone, we have some bad news. Unfortunately we will not be able to perform at the patriotic festival at Grace Assembly in Whiteland this weekend.

We were initially given June 30th as the date for the event and were available for that date. However, the concert is now on June 29th and we will be in Tulsa, OK playing at a festival for KXOJ. So sorry for any inconvenience and we hope to see you this weekend at one of our other shows!

Well, the tour is now over. Its such a bittersweet thing. I had a great time on tour and met so many great people. I was asked tonight by a friend what was the highlight of the tour was for me and I told him it had to be the relationships that were formed on the tour. You never know when you join a tour where you are traveling with 98 people who you will build lasting relationships with. Last night there was a lot of trading phone numbers and promising you would keep in contact.

Also, there is nothing like knowing that the songs that God has given you have now been shared with over three hundred thousand people! I can’t tell you how incredible it has been for our first tour to be with such an incredible group of people. We had a great time.

The reason I say “bittersweet” is because I now get to be home with my beautiful wife and spend a lot more time with her which is always a good thing. Keep check our myspace page to see when we are coming to a city near you!!
