Hello, I hope everyone is doing alright. Just want to say thanks to everyone who has found our little blog and shared it with friends.
As, some of you know Hunter and I are out on the WinterJam tour until Mid-March and we have had a great time meeting people from all the cities we have traveled to so far. Being on such a large scale tour has been both humbling as well as eye opening. Even though Hunter does have another high-profile job really we are just two worship leaders who love to share the songs God has given us with anyone who wants to hear them. Since Hunter and I met we both agreed that neither of us felt called to “entertain” people. I believe God uses platforms like music or football to get His message out. However, we both know that throughout scripture God used the lowliest of people to accomplish His purposes. We believe our responsibility in this is to minister and not to just entertain people. Because He has allowed us to be on a stage like this it is our prayer to stay low. My desire for this blog is not for people to just read more about what we are doing but join in on what God is doing through us. I believe that everyone is called to be a minister. This doesn’t mean that everyone is called to work at their church but we are called to reach out and use the gifts that God has given us to love people. We ask for your prayers that we may stay low and always keep His agenda our first priority. Thank you all.
Chris

I just want to say thank you for stepping into the spotlight, otherwise I would have never heard the song “Live for You”. It really resonates with me. I can sing it right from my heart to God. I try to watch your video of the song every morning to get my day started with my focus in the right direction. With 3 kids it is very easy to lose that focus. I even shared the chorus lyrics with my ladies Bible study group when asked what things we do to focus on God, not on things of the earth. I find myself singing your song whenever I get off track.
I am telling everyone I know about your song and group. I was even telling people at the Colts game everytime Hunter came on the field (which was a lot that game - KC). I hope some of the Colts fans that are not believers will find Christ through wanting to know more about Hunter’s “second job”.
Keep blogging, but try to be nice! We look forward to seeing you in Fort Wayne in March!!! Will you be at a booth so we can meet you?
I will keep you both in my prayers that God uses you to his glory and through your mucic people will want to learn more about the savior you sing about.
Lifting you both in prayer, that God will do mighty things through this ministry.
